I challange myself !



I CHALLANGE MYSELF ON A 20 DAYS JURNEY OF FLAT TUMMY !

Jogging on : Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday
Sit Ups : everyday 20 times increase per day before sleep
Eat : Not more than 1 serving spoon rice,no oily based,drink lots of plain water

and the challange starts today !
